Refund and Returns Policy

At Miluyi Digital Solutions, we are committed to providing exceptional branding, graphic design, web design, digital marketing, and digital & print media services. This policy outlines our terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and client obligations, as well as the protection of intellectual property and confidentiality.

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.



1. General Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started or a digital product has been delivered.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to payments@miluyi.com within the specified timelines.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the stage of project completion.



2. Refund Policy for Standard Services

This section covers individual services such as branding, graphic design, web design, digital marketing, and print media.

a. Branding, Graphic Design, and Web Design Services

  • Before Work Begins:

    • 100% refund if canceled within 24 hours of payment.

    • 75% refund if canceled within 2-3 days before initial drafts are delivered.

  • After Initial Concepts Are Delivered:

    • 50% refund if canceled within 5 days of receiving the first draft.

    • No refund once the project proceeds beyond initial approval.

  • Completed Projects:

    • No refund once final design files are delivered.



b. Digital Marketing Services
(Social Media Management, Paid Ads, SEO, etc.)

  • Before Campaign Launch:

    • 100% refund if canceled within 24 hours of payment.

    • 50% refund if canceled before the campaign strategy is approved.

  • After Campaign Launch:

    • No refund once content has been scheduled or advertisements have been placed.

  • Performance-Based Concerns:

    • We do not guarantee specific results in digital marketing. Refunds will not be issued for performance-related complaints. However, we will provide strategic adjustments where necessary.



c. Website Design & Development

  • Before Web Design/Development Begins:

    • 100% refund if canceled within 24 hours of payment.

  • After Wireframes or Initial Design Draft:

    • 50% refund if canceled within 7 days of receiving the initial wireframe/designs.

  • After Web Design/Development Has Started:

    • No refund once coding, testing, or backend development has begun.

  • After Website Goes Live:

    • No refund after deployment unless due to technical errors caused by Miluyi Digital Solutions.



3. Custom Clauses for Partnership Agreements, Bulk Service Discounts & Retainers

a. Partnership Agreements

For long-term partnerships, we offer customized service packages. These contracts are governed by the following terms:

  • Service Retainers: Partners must sign a contract stating the duration, scope, and fees of services.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • If a partner cancels a contract before service delivery, a 50% refund is issued.

    • No refund is available for mid-contract cancellations.

  • Revisions & Adjustments:

    • Each partnership agreement includes a specified number of revisions. Additional changes may incur extra fees.



b. Bulk Service Discounts

We offer discounted rates for bulk purchases of our branding, design, or marketing services. Bulk orders are subject to the following refund terms:

  • Deposits:

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate bulk service requests.

  • Partial Cancellation:

    • If part of the bulk order is canceled, refunds will be adjusted based on the remaining services.

  • Full Cancellation:

    • If a client cancels an entire bulk order before work begins, a 75% refund may be granted.

    • No refund is available once services have started.



c. Retainer Agreements & Early Termination Fees

Clients under a retainer contract (monthly or long-term service agreements) are subject to the following refund terms:

  • Cancellation Before Service Period Starts:

    • Full refund if canceled 7 days before the service period begins.

    • 50% refund if canceled within 3-6 days before the service period starts.

  • Early Termination After Service Has Started:

    • No refund for that billing cycle.

    • Clients must provide a 15-day written notice before canceling the next cycle.

    • Early termination fees: If a client cancels before completing the agreed retainer period, they must pay 30% of the remaining contract value as a cancellation penalty.



4. Client Obligations

a. Providing Timely Information & Feedback

  • Clients must provide all required materials (e.g., logos, text, images, brand guidelines) before the project starts.

  • Delays in client feedback may affect project deadlines.

  • If a client fails to respond within 10 business days, the project is considered inactive. No refunds will be issued for inactive projects.



b. Revision & Modification Policy

  • Free Revisions: Up to 3 free revisions are included for branding, graphic, and web design services.

  • Additional Revisions: Beyond the free limit, extra revisions are charged based on the project scope.

  • Scope Changes: Any major project modification after work has started will require a new quotation and additional fees.



5. Intellectual Property Rights

a. Ownership of Work

  • Branding, Designs, and Custom Web Development:

    • Upon full payment, the client will receive exclusive ownership of the final deliverables.

    • However, Miluyi Digital Solutions retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

    • Any custom software or code developed is subject to a separate license agreement, where the client is granted a non-exclusive, transferable license to use the final product.

    • Licensing of Stock Media:
      For assets like stock images, fonts, and illustrations, clients are granted a license to use these materials in the context of their project. Ownership remains with the respective third-party vendors.



6. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

  • Confidentiality Obligation: Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of the project strictly private. This includes business strategies, client information, designs, or any other sensitive material.

  • Exceptions: The NDA does not apply if:

    • The information becomes publicly available through no fault of either party.

    • The information is independently developed or acquired by the recipient.

    • Disclosure is required by law.

  • Post-Termination Confidentiality: This confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after the project ends or the contract is terminated.



7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • If you do not receive your refund, please:

    1. Check with your bank or payment provider.

    2. Contact us at support@miluyi.com if the issue persists.


8. Force Majeure

Miluyi Digital Solutions shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics)

  • Government restrictions

  • Internet failures or cyberattacks

  • Labor strikes

  • War or civil unrest

In such cases, affected projects will either be rescheduled or partially refunded, depending on the situation.
